1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Services
By accessing www.anirudhventures.in or utilizing our advisory services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Anirudh Ventures operates as an integrated firm providing professional services including:
- Direct and indirect tax compliance, ITR filing, GST returns, and tax advisory supervised by certified Chartered Accountants (CA).
- Corporate secretarial filings, ROC annual compliances, and business incorporations supported by qualified Company Secretaries (CS).
- Commercial contract drafting, corporate structuring, and legal compliance advisory by Corporate Law Advocates.
- Multi-bank loan and credit facilitation as an authorized Direct Selling Associate (DSA) / Channel Partner with RBI-regulated Scheduled Commercial Banks and NBFCs.
2. Banking & Loan Channel Facilitation Terms
Non-Lender Disclosure: Anirudh Ventures is NOT a bank, NBFC, or direct lender. We do not issue loans or credit cards directly.
Sole Discretion of Lenders: All credit evaluations, interest rate quotes, loan tenures, loan sanctions, processing charges, and disbursals are determined solely by the respective partner bank or NBFC in accordance with its internal credit risk policies and RBI guidelines.
Zero Facilitation Fees: Anirudh Ventures does NOT charge any upfront fee, advance deposit, or cash payment from loan applicants. Beware of impostors claiming upfront loan release charges.
3. Client Obligations & Information Accuracy
To ensure statutory accuracy and compliance:
- Clients warrant that all PAN cards, identity credentials, residential addresses, financial statements, bank accounts, and turnover figures supplied are authentic, valid, and lawful.
- Clients are responsible for timely provision of OTPs, digital signatures (DSC), and document verifications required for e-filing portals.
- Anirudh Ventures shall not be held liable for statutory penalties or interest resulting from delayed, incomplete, or fraudulent documentation supplied by the client.
4. Professional Advisory & Limitation of Liability
General articles, guides, and tax calculators published on this website are intended solely for educational reference and do not constitute formal legal or tax opinions. Formal engagements are governed by specific engagement letters outlining agreed scope, fees, and timelines. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Anirudh Ventures shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any engagement contracts entered into with Anirudh Ventures shall be construed and governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Frequently Asked Questions on Service Terms
Does Anirudh Ventures charge any upfront fee for loan facilitation?
No. Our loan channel advisory and referral services (DSA) are completely free of charge to loan applicants. We do not accept cash payments or advance processing fees. Any statutory or administrative processing fees charged by the lending bank are payable directly to the respective banking institution.
Who is responsible for the accuracy of tax and financial filings?
While our accredited Chartered Accountants and Company Secretaries exercise utmost professional care, statutory filings (ITR, GST, MCA) are prepared based on records, bank statements, and invoices provided by the client. The client is legally responsible for the genuineness and completeness of the underlying data.
Does submitting a loan inquiry guarantee loan sanction?
No. Loan approval, credit limit, interest rate, and terms are determined solely by the underwriting credit policies of the respective partner bank or NBFC. Anirudh Ventures acts as a channel facilitator and does not issue credit decisions directly.
