- Financial & Banking Records: Income tax return acknowledgements (ITR), Form 16, salary slips, audited balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and bank account statements.
- Loan & Credit Application Data: Requested loan quantum, preferred repayment tenure, employment category, monthly net income/annual business turnover, existing EMIs, and property particulars (for Home Loans and Loans Against Property).

4. Banking & Lending Channel Partner Disclosure
When you use our Loan Eligibility Form or request loan facilitation, you expressly authorize Anirudh Ventures to review your PAN, employment credentials, and income records, and to transmit your application file to our verified partner banks and NBFCs (such as HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, State Bank of India, Axis Bank, Kotak Mahindra, Bajaj Finserv, Tata Capital, etc.) solely for loan sanction appraisal. No third party outside of regulated financial institutions receives your file.

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or lease your personal or financial data to any telemarketing, advertising, or data brokerage company. All documents are stored in secure cloud systems with encryption in transit and at rest. We never ask for your net banking passwords, UPI PINs, ATM PINs, or login OTPs.

For banking loan eligibility checks, scheduled commercial banks and NBFCs require your PAN card and current address to verify bureau records (CIBIL/Experian) and check credit underwriting eligibility. For taxation and MCA compliance, PAN is legally mandatory under the Income Tax Act and Companies Act.
Does Anirudh Ventures sell my personal or financial data to third-party telemarketers?
No, absolutely never. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy against selling, renting, or trading client data. Your information is only shared with verified RBI-regulated lending institutions or statutory portals (Income Tax, GSTN, MCA) with your explicit consent.
How are my uploaded tax documents, bank statements, and salary slips secured?
All documents shared with our Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, and banking channel managers are processed using enterprise-grade encryption and restricted access controls adhering to the DPDP Act 2023.
Can I request deletion or update of my personal records?
